Who is Lucious?
My name is Genesis Gabriel Lucious, sole founder & talent manager of Lucious Talent.
Before talent management, I was an entrepreneur & freelance computer technician, running my own business repairing phones & computers. During that time, I watched friends & people close to me step into content creation. I became interested in the creativity behind it & started helping behind the scenes, from refining video hooks & content strategies to navigating brand negotiations & advocating for what creators were worth.
Through those experiences, I realized how difficult it can be to turn a dream into something sustainable as a content creator. What stood out to me most was how many creators were navigating the industry without someone in their corner. Even when their platforms grew, the support they needed didn’t always grow with them.
I saw an opportunity to make a difference, & that became the foundation of Lucious Talent.
Why I Built Lucious Talent
I created Lucious Talent to help creators move forward through strategic direction, thoughtful negotiation, & personalized development. I want to understand what they’re working toward, what opportunities are available to them, & how I can help them move forward on their journey.
For me, talent management is about more than securing brand deals, negotiating inbound offers, or pitching to brands. It’s about understanding the creator behind the content, recognizing opportunities, advocating for their value, celebrating their milestones, & helping them pursue the goals that matter to them. I want the creators I represent to know they have someone in their corner who takes their ambitions seriously.

As the sole founder & talent manager, I approach representation with intention. I don’t sign creators simply to expand my roster. I sign creators when I see something in them, have a genuine vision for their development, & can identify a meaningful direction for where we could go together. My focus is on a selective, specific roster of beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness & home creators.
I’m drawn to creators who have already found what works for them & are ready for the right support, strategy, & polish to take things further.
I believe there’s a lack of genuine support & clear direction for creators who have the potential to go further & are already putting in the work. Lucious Talent was built around my belief that creators deserve more than opportunities alone. They deserve someone who can recognize their potential, provide meaningful direction, & be genuinely invested in helping them move forward. The right person changes everything.
